Shipping, Exchange & Return Policies
We offer shipping services via UPS in the USA. The Customer can choose between UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3rd Day Select. Orders are currently shipping in 1 to 2 business days. ALL weekday orders (including requests for Overnight) received after 1pm Eastern Standard Time will not be processed until the following business day. We do not offer Saturday delivery. The maximum delivery period is 30 days. If you are placing an order for international delivery, you will be billed for the cost of DHL Worldwide Express plus any duties or tariffs incurred. The international shipping charge of $50US displayed on the order page is an estimate. We will send you an email notifying you of the shipping costs only. We cannot calculate tariffs and duties imposed by your customs officials. Tariffs and duties are solely the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard. We do not accept checks. Our product guarantee is 100%.
Merchandise purchased from The Larrivo Boutique web site may be returned within 14 days of purchase date (unless otherwise noted) as long as the items returned are in their original, unused condition, void of any use. All returns must be accompanied by the original or copy of the original sales receipt, and all merchandise tags/packaging must be attached. Refunds will be given in the same tender as original purchase.
Please include a copy of the sales receipt and purchaser's name, phone number, and address. Please be aware that postage on returns is your responsibility. Larrivo does not reimburse for shipping and handling on returns/exchanges. As it is your responsibility, make sure to pack/ship so that no damages incur to your return. We suggest that you use a responsible carrier that is able to pack, track, and insure your return or exchange merchandise. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your card.
